Thomas Wyncham
Member of the Inner Council

The current administrator of the Far Asian territory, the British-born Thomas Wyncham is actually the second councilor to hold this position. The original councilor, who, along with Abetorius, was one-half of the pincer plan to take over Asia, was killed by still unknown assailants over a century ago.

Though the efforts of the original councilor also fell short of expectations, they were certainly more successful than Abetorius'. Strangely enough, no one can say with much certainty exactly what has been achieved in the Far East. Though his chantry is established in Hong Kong, Wyncham spends much of his time traveling and therefore knows a great deal about the mysterious Eastern vampire bloodlines. He is apparently reluctant to share this information, however. He was chosen for this post partly due to the then-strong British influence in this area; his other qualifications are not generally known. It seems there is not much curiosity about this area, or someone would surely have asked for a reckoning of the infomation Wyncham has collected. Rumor has it that he is well on his way to establishing his own bloodline, said to be a strange mix of Tremere and Asian Kindred characteristics. Other rumors claim that he is attempting to establish his own mage house.
